Wednesday morning, Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Wilkerson Street in reference to a burglary report. Pinion was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released. Austin David Ray Pinion, 25, Homeless, was arrested for Careless and Imprudent Driving. Officers had observed it committing a series of moving violations. On the morning of September 6th, Sedalia Police stopped a vehicle near the intersection of East Broadway Boulevard and South Marvin Avenue. Ledbetter was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released. Fredrick Ray Ledbetter, 68, of Sedalia, was arrested on felony charges of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. The driver, also the vehicle's owner, was found to be a sex offender who was not in compliance. Sedalia Police stopped a vehicle near the intersection of West Broadway Boulevard and South Sneed Avenue Thursday afternoon because it had expired registration.
